Keshia Brown Photography plans each session based on the client's request. We apply our input as well. Each session is planned ONE week before the actual shoot. Payment is require before shoot at the intial meeting and planing of shoot. The planning process begins with a 30 minute consultation, then followed by three exchanged emails regarding location, time and wardrobe requirements. There will be a comfirmation call and a confirmation email TWO days before the shoot. Each client is allotted 48 hours to reschedule their planned shoot.

 

Day of shoot

On the day of the actual shoot the client/model is responsible for everything that he/she is supposed to bring. If hair and make-up services are provided please add an additional 45min-1hr to the planned session so there won't be any lateness or belonged shoots.

 

After the shoot

Once the shoot is over the portraits form the session will be looked over and retouched if needed be. Every portrait will be digitally emailed to the client/model for selection process for prints and cd. All images will be proofed and are not allowed to be shared with out permission. Once the portraits have been selected they will be sent to the printer and ready for pick up next day. All pick-ups are done on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am-3pm.

 

Books and Poster Prints

If the client/model has selected a collection with the book as an option or has ordered it seperately, please allow up to 7-14days for pick-up. Books sizes are standard portrait to large portrait. The bigger the size the higher the cost. Poster prints are an option and can be ordered separately. Such sizes include 11x14, 12x18 and a 16x20.
